Pushpeel Llc is committed to innovation and maintains an active global intellectual-property program protecting the design, functionality, and distinctive appearance of its products. Pushpeel® products are protected by issued patents, registered trademarks, copyrights, and additional pending intellectual-property filings in the United States and internationally.
Unauthorized manufacture, importation, distribution, sale, or marketing of infringing or counterfeit Pushpeel products is strictly prohibited and may result in civil liability, monetary damages, injunctive relief, and other legal remedies.
Patents
The Pushpeel® Sensory Activity Board and related products are protected by the following patents:
- U.S. Patent No. 12,478,892
- U.S. Design Patent No. D1,065,354
Additional U.S. and international patent applications are pending.
In accordance with 35 U.S.C. §287, Pushpeel products may be covered by one or more issued patents or pending patent applications in the United States and other jurisdictions. This webpage provides notice of Pushpeel LLC’s patent rights.

Anti-Counterfeiting
Pushpeel LLC actively monitors global e-commerce platforms, retail channels, import records, and distribution networks for intellectual-property infringement, counterfeit products, and unauthorized resellers. Where infringement is identified, Pushpeel Llc pursues enforcement actions including marketplace removal proceedings, customs enforcement actions, civil litigation, and other remedies available under applicable law.
Trademarks
Pushpeel®, associated logos, product names, product configurations, packaging elements, and related brand identifiers are trademarks or registered trademarks of Pushpeel Llc in the United States and other jurisdictions. Any unauthorized use, imitation, or confusingly similar branding is prohibited.
International IP
Pushpeel intellectual-property rights are registered or pending in multiple jurisdictions worldwide, including filings made through the Madrid Protocol and other international intellectual-property systems.
